i just went running for the first time in >1 week and feel like dying. legitimately my ears are ringing and my stomach is heaving and i think i just vomited a little bit (hmmm must be the fuckton of crap i ate for my birthday/graduation coming back to haunt me). why do i do this to myself?

I know two people who’ve gotten pre-acceptance letters to my top choice school…. I didn’t get one. Despite the fact that I’ve gotten into two fantastic schools (one of which was my top choice for quite some time before I decided to aim higher), I’ve gotten wait listed at one that’s less selective than my top choice so I’m feeling really paranoid now.

Tonight’s been suprisingly productive! Wrote my paper on the Indonesian forest moratorium for Envi Sci with time to spare for Tumblr-ing. But of course the fun must end - need to study for National Latin Exam and SLEEP! I hear they give scholarships to people who get gold medals 4 years in a row… so close to the goal, just have to get this shot right!
